This year at the Bay Area Tutoring Centers, Inc., we are celebrating our 25th anniversary. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and to introduce our center to those who may not have heard of us.
As a family-oriented service, we truly enjoy providing a safe, productive environment for students to keep on track, a place that not only teachers but also generations of friends and siblings have referred to one another. Thank you to the counselors, teachers and parents for entrusting over 7000 Bay Area students to us. Thank you to my dedicated staff whose investment in their students’ success is unparalleled.
Our students’ accomplishments have confirmed our belief in the Bay Area Tutoring Centers’ individualized teaching philosophy. What works now is what has always worked for us: we identify each student’s challenges, meet them in their comfort zone, and build up their confidence and understanding – one problem at a time, one sentence at a time.
For many years our motto has been, “each child is a soul with infinite potential,” so while we are happy to work with families on improving grades and scores, we never lose sight of the fact that we are here not only to address a short term academic challenge, but also to reignite the joy of learning in our students for many years to come.
